Kriya Yoga[1][2] (Sanskrit) Tsarin yoga ne wanda ya kunshi matakai da yawa na pranayama, mantra, da Mudra, wanda aka nufa don hanzarta ci gaban ruhaniya da sauri da kuma haifar da yanayin kwanciyar hankali da Allah-sadarwa. Masu aikatawa sun bayyana shi a matsayin tsohuwar tsarin yoga wanda Lahiri Mahasaya ya farfado a zamanin yau, wanda ya yi iƙirarin cewa wani guru, Mahavatar Babaji, ne ya fara shi, a kusa da 1861 a cikin Himalayas. Kriya Yoga ta kawo wayar da kan jama'a ta duniya ta hanyar littafin Paramahansa Yogananda Autobiography of a Yogi kuma ta hanyar gabatarwar Yogananda game da aikin zuwa Yamma daga 1920.[3][4]
